Shipping, Returns, & Backorders
- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship 7 days a week by EMS Express with the Japan Post and the international postal system. Available to over 120 countries and regions throughout the world, EMS Express is by far the most cost-effective and time-efficient method of mailing important items offered by any carrier worldwide. Items will generally leave Japan the same day they are sent by us and are then handed over to the postal system in your country for customs clearance and priority delivery to you. Though delayed packages do happen occasionally, in most cases you should receive your items within 2 to 5 days of placing your order.
We also offer shipping to some countries by SAL Economy Airmail which is much slower but also cheaper than EMS. SAL shipping is available on orders totaling up to ¥20000 with item weights of less than 1.8 kgs. SAL packages generally take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive but be aware they can sometimes take even longer.
All packages sent by us are fully insured against loss and damage and can be easily tracked on the web. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number after your order ships.
- Bulk Discounts
- As part of our commitment to great service we offer discounts on all larger orders, starting with orders over ¥20000. The discounts will happen automatically and you should see the amount discounted in your shopping cart if the subtotal for your items exceeds ¥20000 before shipping. For orders over ¥20000 you will receive 2% off the subtotal of items, at ¥50000 you will receive 3% off, and at ¥100000 you will receive 5% off the subtotal.
- Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 14 day return policy for any unopened, unused items in brand new condition that you may need to return. Please contact us within 14 days of the item arriving to you to make arrangements for an exchange or refund. If the return is the result of an error we made (wrong item, defective item) we will gladly pay the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason (you just didn't like the item for example) we will accept it but you will need to pay the return shipping cost yourself. Any refunds or exchanges will only be granted after we receive the returned item.
- Backordered Items
- While we do stock a wide range of products, occasionally we may run out of certain items or your order may exceed the quantity we have on hand. Please be aware that some orders placed that contain such items might not be shipped until the entire order becomes available to ship. It is recommended, if you would like to combine out of stock with in stock items, and need the in stock items quickly, to place two separate orders. Most items on backorder will generally come into us quickly, usually 2 to 3 days after your order, however due to manufacturer delays or other issues delays of longer should be expected.
